Q: How do I create an account on the Beauty Berry website?
A: To create an account, visit www.beautyberry.co.in. Click the profile icon located in the top-right corner of the homepage. From there, you can either log in or register for a new account.

Q: I forgot my password; how can I log in?
A: If you’ve forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions provided to reset your password.

Q: Can I make a purchase without signing up?
A: Yes, registration is not mandatory to make a purchase. You can add items to your cart, select "Buy Now" and complete your transaction using your mobile number.  

Shipping & Order Status

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: When you make a purchase, you will receive an order ID via your registered WhatsApp number. Use this order ID to track your order. Visit tracking for detailed tracking information.

Q: What is the estimated delivery time?
A: The estimated delivery time for all orders is 4–5 business days.

Q: Are there any shipping charges for my order?
A: Yes, a shipping fee of ₹40 is applicable for orders below₹499.

Q: Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
A: Unfortunately, changes to the products in your order cannot be made once the order is placed.

Q: How can I make a payment?
A: After adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout. You can select from multiple payment options, including:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • UPI Payments (with an additional 5% discount on prepaid orders)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Q: What happens if payment is deducted but I do not receive an order ID?

Order Cancellation

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes, you may cancel your order within 12 to 24 hours of placement. To do so, please call our customer support team or email us at beautyberrycosmetic@gmail.com.

Q: Will I receive a refund for a canceled order?
A: If your cancellation request is valid, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your bank account.

Returns and Refunds

Q: How will I receive a refund for returned orders?
